We are a registered NDIS provider and can support participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Our psychologists are experienced in working with people with a disability and can help you to achieve your goals and improve your quality of life. We can provide psychological assessments, therapy and behaviour support. We work collaboratively with you, your family and your support network to ensure that you receive the best possible care.

Focus Areas

Some of the things we can work on together are:

Understand diagnoses and disabilities.

Develop tools to manage stress, anger, anxiety and/or depression.

Building emotional insight and regulations strategies.

Develop social skills to improve relationships and social connections.

Provide individual, family and relationship counselling.

Set goals, improve confidence and motivation.

Develop problem-solving skills to manage difficult situations.

Support participants in reaching their personal and NDIS goals.

Collaboration

Working together

Parents, teachers , partners and others in your support systems are key to the management of psychological health so collaboration to achieve clear strategies and goal-directed interventions will be a focus. As with everything there are usually a few bumps along the way and we will check in with you and your support system to ensure we are working towards your health goals effectively.
